Recurring NPCs do happen and to make it easier for everybody, we recommend making a Recurring NPC bio just to have something to refer back to. This will not only make it easier for those reading the RP, but also for the RPer themselves. Recurring NPC Bios don't need to be as in depth as OC or Canon Character bios, and a lot of leeway is given, particularly with their history being optional and the amount of detail in their descriptions, They also do not need to be approved by staff. Keep in mind that Reccurring NPC's fall under the ownership of their creator, so the same rules apply as with their own character.
